Each guest receives a hand-drawn A5 illustration, created live during the celebration. Available as either a full-length fashion sketch or a portrait, every piece is signed and dated as a lasting keepsake of the occasion.

Inspired by the world of fashion illustration, our sketches capture the style, personality and elegance of each guest. The emphasis is placed on the overall look and character of the subject, rather than photorealistic detail.

Each illustration begins with a quick reference photograph, allowing guests to return to the celebration while their sketch is being created. Once completed, illustrations can be collected at any point during the event.

From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, every detail is carefully arranged in advance. All materials are provided, and the sketching station is set up at the designated location within the venue before the celebration begins.

Full-length fashion sketches are completed in approximately 6–7 minutes, while portraits take around 7–9 minutes. If time does not allow for every guest to be illustrated during the event, additional pieces can be completed afterwards through our Post Event Illustration Package.

Each illustration is created using carefully selected artist-quality paper and mixed media, chosen to achieve a refined, hand-crafted finish. Every piece is presented in a transparent protective sleeve or envelope, ready to be preserved as a lasting keepsake.

A quick reference photograph is taken of each guest before the illustration begins, allowing them to return to the celebration while their sketch is created.

Once completed, each sketch is placed in a protective sleeve and set aside for guests to collect. This is often a fun moment of the event, as guests enjoy guessing who is who in the sketches,

Throughout the event, guests are welcome to collect their sketches, observe the illustration process, or stop by for a photo with their finished piece.

At the end of the agreed sketching time, we pack down the station and leave the celebration, so guests can continue enjoying the event uninterrupted.
